Click on the confirmation link sent to the registered email address to login to your account and favorite the products.
In order to be able to bid on the products, you must verify your account with your phone number and ID or, among other things, passport / driver's license. You can start the approval process from the Account Settings section.
In order to be able to sell your products, you must enter your postal and billing address after verifying your account with ID or a.o. passport/driver's license and telephone number. You will find this, among other things, Account Settings > Postal address and account settings > Billing address
The mail and the invoice will be within the working hours in about an hour. Verification requests made outside of business hours will be verified the next business day.
As Movengo, our goal is to provide a reliable shopping environment for buyers and sellers. It is very important that our users are genuine. We require ID verification to prevent bots/fake accounts and resulting fraud.
What happens to my ID after I upload it?
Your ID is scanned and verified by computers. It is checked whether the ID card is valid and whether it was stolen. Then your ID will match your account.
The privacy of our users is very important to us. Your information from the ID card and your photo will be deleted from the system after verification.
You can change your username under Account Settings > change account details.
Your username must not appear as a web address and must not end with '_ch', '-ch', '.com'.
You can click on 'Forgot my Password' and set your new password.
An email to change your password will be sent to your registered Movengo email address. You will receive a link that you can click to set your password.
(Please don't forget to check your junk and spam folder if you don't receive an email in a few minutes.)
In order to sell, you must have verified your account ID and phone number. You must then have the postal and billing address confirmed by your account.
When you have done this, you can upload the product information and photos to 'Sell' in the upper right corner and place an auction or fixed price offer.
You can also save the ad under 'Draft' to publish later.
Posting offers at Movengo is free of charge.
If the sale is successful, 5% of the sale price is saved in the 'My Sale' area. fees taken into account. (min. CHF 0.05 / max. CHF 40.00)
Click in the 'My Selling' section to view the unpaid fees and make the payment there.
If you are interested in a seller's listings, you can add them to your favorites to be notified of their future listings.
Or if you click on the ad, it says 'FAVORITE' on the bottom right or you can go directly to the seller's profile and add them to your favorites.
At the top right of the page you will find your favorite offers/sellers.
By clicking 'Bid' on the right side of the ad page (or 'Update' if you wish to update your bid for the ad).
